The event will be held at The National Sports Academy and participating coaches from Greece, Georgia, Cyprus and Bulgaria will join junior players from Bulgaria and from other invited countries. In addition to the delegations who have already confirmed participation, korfballers from Romania, Bosnia & Herzegovia and Serbia have been invited and are very welcome to attend the training camp and the clinics.

Low-budget accommodation (17 EUR for double room/night) has been organised and meals will be at the participants' expense. Other costs are covered by the organizers and financial assistance has been also given by the city of Sofia.
