The 2010 Europa Shield will be held in Hungary on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 January, 2010. The event will be hosted by Kenguruk Korfball Club in Százhalombatta, near Budapest.
Teams from Catalonia, Czech Republic, England, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Portugal will be participating in the event. Each country will be entering their second highest eligible team from their 2008 - 2009 league season.

In addition, England will have an extra place due to being the highest ranked country in the event over the past four years.
